I am a trauma-informed therapist and creative transformation specialist who helps artists, visionaries, and spiritually attuned individuals move through life’s transitions with clarity, sovereignty, and deep inner renewal.

My work centers around guiding people through the natural cycles of their lives—the endings, beginnings, and the liminal spaces in between where identity shifts, creativity awakens, and new directions take shape. I support clients in recognizing the patterns that continually arise in their inner world and transforming those patterns into sources of strength, insight, and personal evolution.

My therapeutic approach blends transpersonal multiplicity frameworks, depth psychology, and trauma-informed care with the symbolic insight of astrology and Human Design. I help clients understand their energetic blueprint, reclaim their creative rhythm, and align with their unique way of processing intuition, emotion, and purpose.
